The Chicago Seminar on Sport & Culture

 

Co-sponsored by Northeastern Illinois University and the Dr. Wm. M.

Scholl Center for Family and Community History announces its 2005-2006 schedule.

 

The Chicago Seminar on Sport & Culture features the presentation of

original research by scholars in the field as well as cultural commentary

on sport.  It is intended to draw together scholars from a variety of

fields to share their inquiries in the history, sociology, literature. The Newberry Library is located at 60 West Walton, Chicago , IL . There is no charge for the lecture. All meetings are at 3:30-5 PM.
